1. Digital Products (Course Access & Online Resources)
Once your order is confirmed and access to the digital product (including course material, videos, live session access, or downloadable resources) is granted, it is considered an irrevocable purchase. We do not offer refunds for digital products under any circumstances after delivery.

2. Cancellation Before Access is Granted
If you change your mind before access has been activated, you may request a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at refunds@stanfordsda.com.
3. Course Postponement or Cancellation by SDA
If Stanford SDA must postpone or cancel a course for any reason, you will be notified promptly. You will receive the choice of:
Transferring your enrollment to the next available date, or
A full refund of the amount paid.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases—such as documented medical emergencies or other unexpected events—refund requests may be considered at our discretion. Please submit your request in writing (with supporting documentation) to refunds@stanfordsda.com, and we will review it promptly.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and remitted via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
